I’m currently stuck at 69/73 missions in GTA 3, and I’ve basically completed everything else. I don’t think I missed anything obvious, I even completed all the phone missions and got the trophy for completing all phone missions.

At this point, I’m thinking I must have missed some of the missable story missions, without realizing that some missions can disappear depending on the order you complete them in.

I’ve finished pretty much everything else, and the only trophy I’m missing is the 100% completion trophy. I’ve already put around 50 hours into this save.

I really don’t want to start the entire game over and redo everything from scratch — Paramedic, Taxi, Vigilante, rampages, collectibles, etc.

Is there any chance I can still salvage this save, or am I basically screwed and should just accept leaving the game at 92%?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They're interesting missions for what they are, and they're very clearly part of the payphone missions because the trophy requires them. So why make them so hidden?

this thought occurred to me, because earlier this year, I made a post about Liberty City Stories, which highlighted coincidences or wordplay regarding mayors, holes, Italian word translations, and O'Irish guys, and after thinking more about it, a hunch popped up!

I know there was a mayor named Roger Hole who was controlled by the Forellis, and then got assassinated by Toni Cipriani of The Leone Mafia, while also learning that Mayor and Hole are translated to Italian as Sindacco and Forelli respectively, as part of the coincidence that might be there.

but, now I'm wondering if there might have also been a Roger Forelli which might have been an undisclosed full name of some Forelli family member, so, here's some probable circumstances that might involve an undisclosed Roger Forelli.

Theoretical circumstance	reason to theorize it
A rival candidate of Roget C. Hole	well, Roger is a common name, so it's possible to have another Roger be a candidate for mayor during Roger Hole's election phase, and for all we know, it could have been a Forelli crime family member.
Mayor hole's Forelli business partner	it's likely that Roger Hole's business partner in crime could have been Roger Forelli, and to make things more interesting, he could have also been the opponent in the mayoral race, and it's also likely that Roger Forelli (probable undisclosed name) could have been jealous to lose the mayoral race as his reason for controlling the other Roger.
The Forelli brother who got crushed at Harwood in GTA III	well, mayor Roger Hole got assassinated by one Leone mafioso being Toni Cipriani, and then another Leone member, Joey assassinated a Forelli, and he could have been Roger Forelli (the other Roger), and if it gets more coincidental, maybe the same one who controlled Roger Hole back in 1998.
One of the Forellis who got run over by Paulie's rigged car during the Sindacco truce meeting	With so many Forellis with undisclosed names being at the meeting, one of them could have been named Roger.

Seeing as the Forellis were Italian, it's likely that this undisclosed Roger Forelli who just theoretically exists, might have used the Ruggero variant of the name.

It's also likely that there could have also been a Roger Sindacco out there, so the coincidence may be bigger than we think!

I just thought I'd share this theory since I feel there's still some missing pieces to some apparent coincidence that might have been some intentional pun or wordplay.

I just finished my first play through of gta 3 I love the style of gta 3 and I love to ride around and listen to radio and explore every inch but i hate the fact that i almost have to evade Portland because of Saint Mark's if im not driving bulletproof patriot. So my question is how can i make shotgun not deal so much damage when i drive through? I dont care whatever if its by changing config or mod or whatever it needs. It might seem like a weird question but it would be nice to drive through the place without needing to worry. Thank you in advance for any comments and help
