I’ve seen a lot of people annoyed with the way that Sunny seems to be unbothered by having shadow bond and being a slave again and I mostly agree but still I think people are seeing it the wrong way.
While he’s mostly positive about it sunny doesn’t just like being a slave now he probably still hates it completely but he’s simply matured it’s been more than a decade for sunny now to think long and hard about how he feels about nephis being his master about shadow bond, about being a slave and he’s come to terms with it like any other human being would after spending over a decade obsessing and thinking about one thing, now does this mean that sunny is happy about it? No he just knows that there’s to many things to gain and that ontop of that he knows that nephis would never use it against him, sunny isn’t a 17-19 year old now he’s a adult and he’s learn to come to terms with shadow bond especially since he going to need it since it makes him so much more powerful.
