Favourite episodes for a long haul flight?

I have two long haul flights coming up, each around 8 hours. I'm not a big film person so instead I want to compile a playlist of all of the best Criminal Minds episodes to get me through lol. I'd love to know: which episode(s) would you add and why??

My personal favourite episode is Minimal Loss! And Emily is my favourite character so I love the eps centred around her :) I've also seen all 19 seasons so your choices can be from the original series or from Evolution!

Once in a lifetime trip opportunity- which destinations do I choose??

Next year, I have the opportunity to go on a once in a lifetime trip for 2-3 weeks (probably around the 18-20 day mark). However, I can't decide which destinations would be better!! I'm looking at going around April/May.

The decision is between the following options:

  1. The whole trip spent in Australia and New Zealand
  2. The whole trip spent on the west coast of the USA (San Fran, LA, Las Vegas, most of the national parks (Yosemite, Grand Canyon etc))
  3. Half of the trip on the west coast visiting the cities only (San Fran, LA, Las Vegas) and the second half in Australia and NZ

I really want to visit all of these destinations and I'm not sure when the next time I could go to any of them would be... For anyone who has done any of these destinations, which option would you recommend? I'm flying from Europe for reference (probably from London).

Thank you in advance!

*EDITED TO ADD*: Yes I'm able to rent a car and my main goal is to see as much as possible in each place without it being too rushed. I've never been to anywhere near or anywhere like these places before so I'm very up for seeing and doing anything and everything! I'm very fit and active and enjoy hiking as well as city sightseeing.
