True Casing vs Pseudo Casing

I’m about to S2B my first attempt at ochras and I was wondering what does everyone recommend for casing. My plan was to do a true casing of 50/50 peat moss and vermiculite once the substrate was fully colonized, but I haven’t seen too many other people recommend that.

Not sure what to do

I can’t tell if the top of the bag needs more time to colonize. This is my first grow (ochra strain) and it’s been 11 weeks but my temps were way too low (65-70F) for most of that time. I invested in a space heater two weeks ago and finally started seeing progress.
