Permanently banned mid-project with no evidence — mass suspensions happening + Unlimited plan removed?
⚠️ Heads up to anyone else affected — my account was just permanently banned after a false accusation of scripting/account sharing. I did nothing of the sort.
I'm on the Unlimited plan and paid just 10 days ago. To make things worse, I was in the middle of a major client project when this happened — no warning, no grace period, just a sudden ban that has left me unable to deliver.
When I appealed, they upheld the permanent ban without any real explanation or evidence.
From what I'm seeing here, I'm not alone — there appears to have been a mass suspension wave, and the Unlimited plan has quietly been removed from their website. This feels like a coordinated move to claw back revenue from existing subscribers under false pretenses.

- Consider disputing the charge with your bank/card provider as the service was not delivered
