E7 Pro or E7 Plus for a Sewing Table?

I am choosing between the E7 Pro and E7 Plus for a sewing table. I would NEVER use the table at standing height with a sewing machine running on it. Standing height would be reserved for times when I need to use it as a cutting table (counter height 36-38"). I might never have it any higher than that. Several differences between the models are of interest to me:

  1. Wobbling and stability:
Is the E7 Pro stable enough for me, or would the E7 Plus be required? One of my sewing/embroidery machines weighs almost 50 pounds and stitches at 1000+ stitches per minute. Another is 30 pounds and stitches at 1500 stitches per minute (max). This can create quite a vibration on cheaper tables, so I currently use these only on a heavy solid oak dining table. Given that I would never use these machines when the table is at standing height, and my table top will only be 48" wide x 30" deep, would the E7 Pro be just as stable as the E7 Plus for my purpose? I want to ensure that my machine(s) is safe and stable on the table since it embroiders unattended and I DO tend to walk away from it then.

  2. Table minimum height and undertable space:
I originally considered the E7 Plus for the 4 legs (stability), but I am concerned about the minimum table height and space under the table. My shoulders hurt if I have to sew with my arms too high, and since the bed on the sewing machine adds about 4" to the effective table work height, I would imagine that I would be using this table at its lowest height when sewing. I understand that the E7 Pro goes 1" lower than the E7 Plus, but that the E7 Plus has a bar in the way under the table.
    a) Will I still have room for my legs under the table at the lowest height on the E7 Pro? Will the bar be in the way on the E7 Plus?
    b) I would like to add the cable mgmt option if I purchased the E7 Plus. Does that change the leg space or is that mounted far toward the back?
    c) I would be adding the Flexispot casters to whichever table I choose, and possibly the power strip as well.

I hope I have provided enough detail. Thank you!
