New apartment complex near Homewood
Hey everyone! I’m joining the JHU Krieger School of Arts and Science this August as a Visiting researcher. I am new to Baltimore.
Mostly looking for a studio or 1bedroom. My budget is mostly $1000-1200 range.
I’d prefer Charles Village or Guilford area, want to be close to Homewood campus. Ideally, I want a decent semi-furnished apartment, like including dishwasher, or in-unit Washer dryer, but I can adjust.
Seems like lot of popular apartment complex has either roaches/mices, or water problem, including Carlyle and Marylander. I <really> want something pest-free and safe neighbourhood. I’m now mostly looking at now Woodcliffe Manor, Ambassador, Jefferson house, Woodrow on 30th. Any new complex or renovated one?
Any idea if these are good? If anyone has any experience or any recommendation, I would appreciate it.
