I have been noticing some bites on my body for the past few months. I didnt consider bedbugs as they were 1 single raised pimple (i dont know how else to describe it) and not a few in a row. I even thought they were rashes as they were quite itchy.

However, I just changed to white bedsheets 2 weeks ago and noticed these stains. There is only 3 specs but i'm now really paranoid. I don't really have the budget to call an exterminator or to change my bedframe and mattress so im hoping for someone to tell me im overreacting haha

I don't see any black spots around my mattress or fame but I do have a carpet beetle infestation.
