Is this an otter? [North Georgia]

this animal ran across my yard and i immediately took a video because i thought it was an otter which would be crazy because i have never seen one in the wild in Georgia (I also do not live near a large body of water). Realistically it is more likely a weasel or mink but i looked up pictures and it just looks more like an otter to me. let me know what animal this little guy is please!

i bit my lip piercing out

i was eating and bit my central labret out, and honestly i have been thinking about taking it out, letting it close up and just getting a fake ring because i don’t want it all the time and don’t want a noticeable when i am not wearing it. so, with that being said, how long should i expect it to take to close up. i have had the piercing for just over 2 weeks, and i am very consistent with cleaning and have a history if healing well on piercings?
