Bat resting on wall for 3+ days.

Hello! I'm in the Inland NW USA. I'm working 30 minutes away from any major town and I'm used to seeing wildlife at my facility. This little guy has been in the same exact spot for at least 3 days. I called our security for our building (BAD MOVE) and he proceeded to poke and prod at it and smacking the wall near it to try and "wake it up" and get it to leave. I told him I thought it was sick and was hoping we could call a rehabber (Unfortunately due to laws they don't exist for bats in my state)

It did hiss at the security guard yesterday and moved its wing a little but other than that it hasn't moved at all. Could it be sick? The temperature dropped very rapidly where I am and has been roughly 38-55° F. Maybe it's trying to hibernate? It's near a public access door and I'm worried about anyone messing with it or it being sick/starving/dehydrated. Any tips or thoughts?

Edit: I called a few rehabbers today and the most they offered was to humanely euthanize it due to the Fish and Game Dept. Not allowing rehabilitation for bats right now due to a rabies influx. The other organization was in the same state as that Fish and Game Dept and the one in my state unfortunately closed years ago due to a lack of funding. I really hope it's able to shake off whatever is bothering it and continue on its way.

Mandatory Class Scheduled during my PTO

Hello! My workplace is currently going through it's yearly benefit update and open enrollment. Apparently there is a lot of folks with my company that don't know how to properly use their benefits as HR is currently scheduling a mandatory training about open enrollment.

I received the notification yesterday after I was off the clock and I have been told by my own manager to not check in with work place things when I am not there to keep my stress level low. So today (Sat) I looked at that notification and it stated I need to be here on the day of my anniversary which is within the next few days. I scheduled my PTO three months in advance I will not be here on the next business day to let them know I can't make it and the mandatory training is on the day of my anniversary.

This is one of the two extended weekends I take as a small vacation a year. Is there a possibility that I will be in trouble for not coming into a last minute scheduled training as I have scheduled PTO and will be out of town on the day that this training is happening?

Edit: Thank you all for the awesome advice, I would've fully ignored it if Saturday and Sundays weren't my usual work days haha. I talked with one of our lower managers and reminded her that I have PTO and she seemed completely fine with it. Luckily tomorrow is my Friday and I won't be back in the office until next Friday! Thank you all for the anniversary wishes, it's our 5 years!!
