I started a UFC/MMA Shorts channel about 2 weeks ago and so far I’ve gotten around 13K views, 300+ likes, and a few subscribers.

I’m happy with the progress, but I know I still have a lot to improve. Right now I’m trying to understand what really helps Shorts take off and reach bigger audiences.

For people who have experience growing Shorts channels, what made the biggest difference for you? Better hooks? Retention? Posting frequency? Editing style? Audio choices? Titles?

I’d appreciate any advice because my goal is to eventually reach hundreds of thousands or even millions of views.
