How to stop wasting entire days?

I’ve noticed my schedule shift into

>wake up at 9-10

>get out of bed at 11

>eat breakfast, scroll, then eat lunch at 3

>gym at 5

>scroll at home from 8-9, then eat dinner, then sleep at 11

This is depressingly empty, but every time I realize I am wasting, it‘s too late to do anything about it. And simple doing something is easier said then done. I can long for sunlight but blankly stare at a window for 20 minutes. I also have to wake up at 6 am every Friday and Saturday for work, but 10 the rest of the week (easier said than done fixing it, it’s exhausting trying to wake up at 6 every day after naturally sleep at 11). So does anyone have any tips to escape this loop? I can’t even find the interest to use this to get into interesting tv shows, books, or movies. What doesn’t help at all is that my best & only friends are online, so I can’t simply “hang out”, especially that I was bullied into bringing the weird kid even at a college level.

First and Second slide is today. Third slide is a few months ago. Fourth slide is a month ago and shaven. Ignore if my hair is a little greasy, it‘s a dry shampoo day since I woke up pretty late 😭 I always thought I look and sound a little young, but lately I’ve been trying to improve my nutrition and going to the gym (strength training) much more. Also been going through a lot of social stress lately, 2 of my friends kind of “left” me but never said anything formal so we still awkwardly say hi.
