I’m from Jacksonville and a few days ago a car hit me while I was riding my bike. I didn’t have major injuries but I hurt my foot and some valuable things I had with me got broken. The insurance company offered me a small amount that doesn’t really cover the damage or stress from everything that happened.

I’m not sure if I should accept it or speak with a personal injury lawyer first. Has anyone here dealt with something similar?
