

G Fiber Ticket issue
My wifi has a red light on the LOS section of the modem it's been 3 days since we can't connect to internet, we do have an active subscription, Now I am trying to get a ticket from globe app to get a repairman but I can't, its says i still have an existing repair request but that was months ago and they already repaired it that time, ive done troubleshooting and check the fiberwire if there's a cut but there isn't, ive try call the hotline 211 or something but all i get is an automated answer with no point. Ive also try to message via globe messenger but yet again its very unresponsive after they get the no. And will said wait for a few mins to get a specialist but there's nothing coming out
What should i do?
