I'm making a new Paypal account because I'm trying to receive payments from the company I'll be working with in the future, why does it say "Sorry, we can't send a new code right now. Try again later." when I put my personal cellphone numbers (the two of them are from different providers)? I last tried literally at 11PM, right now it's past-3AM for me.
Is there a way to fix this or no?
