Why is it so uncommon to have friend groups that are 50/50 men/women that are not due to couples? Growing up my friends groups were always 50/50 perhaps maybe 60/40 roughly of girls/boys and men/women in college, but it seems that is far from the norm. Why is this?

Why are friend groups generally only boys/only girls growing up and only men/only women in college or post college besides couples?

What do most men and women think when they say a woman is buff?

Recently I had a few men and women call me buff, not fit or athletic, but buff. I do have alot of muscle for my slender frame but I do not look like I have steroid use? Is this becoming more the norm due to fact we are entering more the heroine chic beauty standards for women due to ozempic? I rather be fit than skinny and end up with diabetes, but it still doesn't bode well when one gets what I assumed called too muscular.
