Anyone got any recs? Way above my DIY pay grade and the water ingress as a result of my failed grout is causing damage 😢

Budget is - not trying to hire a cowboy but can’t afford to get ripped either. Happy to pay a good price for good work.

Edit - have had a leak detector pro come out and confirm the waterproofing is fine, water getting behind tiles due to failed grout.
