Unable To Contact Regal for issues concerning Umlinited
I have been unable to contact Regal Cinemas to address an issue with my Unlimited membership. I have sent three messages through the app and one via the website during the last week and have not heard one single thing back. Not even an acknowledgement of receiving these messages. I also tried the phone number and was told no one was available to take my call, then hung up on, and was also told on another attempt today that there "system issues" and they would be unable to work with me today.
Unless anyone has any suggestions about to actually get a response, I might just start going to the AMC across town. I like it less, but I'm also not going to pay $20 to $25 per movie to a company that doesn't seem to care about someone who was an Unlimited member since the beginning.
Ridiculous.
