Are these regular moviegoers or folks who don't go to the theater all that often? Why do I care you might ask? I am just curious because it happens in most movies I have been to; most recently during showings of Spider-Man and The Odyssey.

Has there ever been a week where you just can't bring yourself to see a movie? Like this weekend I have seen all the stuff I want to see but not sure I want to see mutiny or the new insidious movie. Ever happen to anyone else?

The survey that is on the bottom of your receipt, or e-mailed to you after booking a ticket is extremely impactful. Theater managers read each and every comment they get, every theater in the company has a big board in the back room where the week's comments are posted. District and regional managers keep their eyes on them as well. On top of that, the corporate HQ analyzes the data regularly.

Anyway, what I'm getting at is that if you ever have concrete feedback for your local theater team, filling out the survey goes a long way. Now don't expect them to install new seats and covert to coca-cola a few days after putting that on your survey, but if there's a something that can be controlled by the local management you will probably see some change.

If you have a nice experience those comments go a very long way as well. I promise we see them and appreciate it.

I got the new app, went to get tix at kiosk, and was getting an error when I scanned my QR code. I went to concessions, guy said he had been dealing with it all day. He had to manually enter my account # to issue me a ticket. Anyone else have this issue?

I bought a Snack Saver near the beginning of the month. It showed in the old app but shows nowhere in the new one. It shows on the website under Purchases but NOT in this new app. You would think that would be a priority.

Every Wednesday Regal gives you 20 points when you log on to the app.

I had redeemed two free small popcorns on the app recently. After the most recent app update, they are missing entirely.

I logged into my account on the Regal website and they do not show up there either.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Heard a rumor my local (childhood theater building) Regal is closing soon, possibly in the next couple days. I asked the cashier tonight, and was told "I can't disclose that information, but I wouldn't count on us being open too much longer." So hopefully I have time to use my points, but likely not. The next closest is several hours away so RIP...

The new B&B that was built is likely the reason. I will miss this building. Super 90s vibe with old school signs and whacky colors, and dope arcade balcony. Unfortunately when regal bought the building they did hardly any remodeling and people prefer the new theater. Which is understandable considering almost every seat at the Regal is broken and quite dirty/smelly. Such a cool building with history and memories though...

Right before the daily throwbacks starting up... right before spooky season too... I prefer having access to those over fancy recliners. I'm sad...

Anyone know of any current or upcoming movies that will let RU members bring a friend for free or at discounted price? And is there a way to know which movies are/will be eligible other than just clicking on every movie I'm interested in? Thanks!

Has anyone had an increase in issues with their regal changing showtimes or canceling showings after they book? I know this is a thing that can happen but twice in a week is a little crazy.

First my showing got canceled without notification and then the next day I went to see a 9:30 am Spider-Man showing and I think I got switched to a 9:50 showing without them notifying me. Auditorium on my 9:30 ticket matched the one I went to yet here I was sitting through 20+ minutes of advertisements before the trailers even played. Movie didn't start until almost an hour after my listed showtime.

Might just be a local regal issue but wanted to see if anyone else has been having these issues.
