My current compensation (working remotely tier-3 city):

CTC: 45LPA
My current company’s manager can try matching my base component with Expedia offer (48) and promote me to the Staff role, along with RSUs that may range from 2 to 5L which will make my current comp 60-65LPA. But there is a risk of getting rejection on my compensation increase at SVP and higher levels. Should I make the switch or not?
