I got tired of feeling “lazy” with ADHD, so I built myself a simple focus reset system (free for this subreddit)
For the last few years I kept blaming myself for being inconsistent, overwhelmed, distracted, and unable to focus.
I tried productivity apps, complicated planners, dopamine detox videos… but most systems actually made me feel even more overwhelmed.
So I started building a very simple printable “Focus Reset System” for myself.
Not a strict planner.
Not a hustle/grind productivity thing.
More like:
- brain dump pages
- focus reset sheets
- dopamine reset trackers
- deep work sessions
- emotional reset pages
- weekly/monthly reset systems
Basically something that helps me get out of mental chaos and restart my day without shame.
I finally turned it into a printable PDF workbook this week.
I wanted to share it here first because honestly this subreddit inspired a lot of the ideas inside it.
I made a free coupon for this community if anyone wants to try it and give honest feedback.
I genuinely just want to know:
- does this actually help?
- what feels missing?
- what would make it more ADHD-friendly?
