Can somebody explain how long the run is and what we do during it? Im not the best at running and im worried for it

Im just wondering for the newer classes that only had 1 academic assessment test how hard it is to pass the academic assessment?

Also do they give you enough time to study?

Currently at ots and entering module 2 now.

Any advice is appreciated!
