Which custom hood for The Sims 2 is the best?

One of my absolutely favorite aspects of Sims 2 is how we can customize an entire hood and then make it available for download so others can play it! I love custom hoods so much and was wondering if y'all have a favorite!

Mine would definitely be Aileen Landing by Jawusa, it’s truly a masterpiece!

Unique Sims 2 Gameplay Ideas!

What is something different that you do in your game? For example: playing a retirement home, an orphanage, maybe a witch coven, stuff like that.

I like to play in hoods that are just one lot, but I also used to play with a witch coven in Strangetown and an asylum in Downtown (that fallen tree house lol)

Although I love the ordinary experience of playing with a regular couple and their kids, I love new and unique gameplay ideas!!!

Creating custom hoods is so much fun!

I mean it's a LOT of work but also a lot of fun! This is my original Binwood hood except this time the Bin families will not be living in apartment lots.

Each district has its own terrain:

Green Grass - Kids district (where the Gavigan, Newson and Ottomas families are living)

Mixed Rocks - the poorest area in Binwood, also where the local dump is located

Light Sand - The pets district (Kim, Kat and Roseland)

"Dark" Sand - I didn't know what to do with these families so they were put together (Traveller and Cooke)

Dark Grass - Couples district (Ramaswami, Picaso and Goodie)

And then there's the commercial area as well! What do you think?

Here's how the green area of my new hood is looking! I thought it would be fun to have a green district inside of a desert hood!

This is my old custom hood Binwood but in a closed version I guess you could say, since each family will have its own lot instead of living in apartments!

Do you think the plant fences look weird? I’m not sure about them.
