im going to apply for either slr or smdp, unfortunately ust shs releases my form 138/137 on the 26th, sabi po kase sa artlet fb page ay 26 din yung deadline for scholarships, not to mention i cant immediately enroll as soon as i pass my missing req for my slot in artlet as wala pa kami funds non (its why i want to apply for this scholarship in the first place)
ive emailed and called OSA and my college on working days and times to no responses at all, hell i even resorted to messaging ust’s scholar org for help.

Hi, from UST SHS, enrollment for college in UST just started as of now, my SHS friends are concerned whether our slots sa gusto naming NSTP ay mauubusan since we cant enroll due to SHS holding our missing documents? Is UST aware of this issue and has precautions for this, or is it really survival of the fittest and mauubusan talaga kung mauubusan? Thank you to whoever responds.
