Solution for this electric panel?
I've been told everything from the whole panel and wiring need to be redone, to replace just the breakers, to it looks fine. Can I get an honest opinion please? This is not my home, but one I am potentially looking to purchase.
Edit: We are aware of a moisture problem, but not 100% sure if this is from confirmed water entering the foundation wall due to the downward grade of the land towards the house or the fact the house has been sitting empty with no temperature control.
