Pumping at work

I am a new mum going back to work in a few months and plan on pumping so I can continue feeding my baby. I am having trould finding specific legal requirements for the workplace around pumping. My plunket nurse said that they are required to give me an extra 20 min unpaid break, and a private room with a lock and fridge, but again having trouble finding this online.

Would appreciate advice around this, I do work in ECE so my work will hopefully be good about my requirements.

TIA

How to add pumping to my routine?

Hi everyone! I am a FTM to a 3+4 week girl. She is gaining weight really well with EBF right now (gained 1kg already!) but i want to add one or two pumps a day so that others can feed her, and i can slowly make a small stash. I've been trying to google to see how/when best to start pumping but it all seems quite conflicting on the information i've found some saying not to start till 6 weeks, some saying earlier. I do have a manual and electric breast pump already (milkbar) but i haven't tried them yet.

I'd really appreciate some advice on how to start this! I'm not in a big rush since i'm not back at work till she's 6m, but I do want to give her BM till 12m if I can so want to have extra stored for if i have trouble feeding once i'm back at work.

TIA
