Inner Tie Rod needing replaced

So I have a 2019 Tesla model 3 LR that I bought in February of this year. I had to get a whole new rear drive unit installed on it because the old one failed on me two weeks after getting the car. Well I went in for an alignment at my local discount tire because the closest Tesla service center is 3 hours away from me and I try to avoid going 3 hours away when a shop down where I live can do it.

Well the guy told me he did aligned everything EXCEPT for the front because the driver side front tie rod is seized. Well that’s fine, I’ll just have Tesla fix it and shouldn’t be a pricey fix…. I was wrong.

Tesla wanted to charge me 2.3K to put a whole new steering rack in my car, and then the price changed from 2.3K down to 1.5K. I don’t need a whole new steering rack, I just need a inner tie rod replaced. I call multiple local shops in my area and I live in West Virginia so all the shops told me “we don’t work on teslas”. I’m just dumbfounded at this point…. So I’m on here asking for some advice…. I don’t want to pay 1.5K for a whole new steering rack so what options do you guys think I got here?
