Does this keyboard exist?

I’m coming from a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 v1.0 (pictured).

I LOVED that it has the back buttons + calculator hot key, but I don’t need it.

Things I need:
> The ergo split in the middle (I believe this is called Alice?)
> Full 10-Key
> Home + End buttons

Plus - programmable hot keys, but not required

budget: $300
(Located in US if that matters)

I asked for and got the Feker Alice98 QMK/VIA for Mothers Day and I love it so much, however I’m sad that I no long longer have a Home or End buttons and I didn’t realize how often I used those buttons in my everyday work tasks.
