I started playing 3 weeks ago and I have the Shorekeeper banner, but I don't know whether to pull her or Mornye, or even neither.

I only have Hiyuki and I plan to pull both Chisa and Lucille. I'd definitely like to pull Lucy, and now I'm wondering who would be better: Sk, Mornye, or should I play with Verina?

I currently have 120 pulls saved.
