Hi! I am looking for someone re-let to to take over my lease (now to May 20th, 2027)! It is a PRIVATE MASTER BEDROOM with its own PRIVATE FULL BATHROOM in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse in Morgantown, located directly across from Ruby Memorial Hospital and next to the WVU Football Stadium!

Rent: $800/month + shared utilities (typically about $30–$70 per person)
FREE parking is included:
back driveway with 2 spaces
garage with 2 spaces
front driveway with 1 space
In-unit washer & dryer (FREE):
located in the basement along with storage space

Roommates are two 22-year-old women:
one recent WVU graduate
one current nursing student

The lease runs through May 20, 2027. Move-in timing is flexible, preferably between now and July 1st!

I will pay half of the first month’s rent for your move in
I will pay the Bel-Cross Properties application/background check fee for you
Rent is paid individually through Bel-Cross Properties (I am NOT an employee, just a current tenant looking to move for my job)
Utilities are split equally between roommates
The pictures below are the private bedroom, the private bathroom, the shared dining room, kitchen, and living room, the patio/garage/back driveway, and the front entrance!
