Is is a managers responsibility to find cover for you?
Im pretty sick and I called out yesterday, no one could cover my shift. I need to call out again for tomorrow and I dont think anyone is going to cover me. Im stressed that I could get in trouble for not finding a cover. This is a new job and ive worked at places that absolutely stand by that rule. Thoughts?
