This morning I got an email saying I didn’t deliver an order, I contacted support multiple times and they were no help, all of them told me to just reply back to the email but I tried that but since the email was sent from a no reply email, it didn’t give me an option to reply back. One of the support rep did tell me the date and which store, I know which customer it might be. It was a two order batch. Both customers I know for a fact I delivered to, both order I left their groceries right next to the door and took a very clear photo of the groceries with their door number. I also messaged them when I arrived and that I dropped off next to the door. They did not have any other delivery instructions but one of them did reply back thank you and the other person never responded back to any of my messages I sent them through out the whole conversation. I also double checked the house number multiple times too. Now I don’t know what to do to dispute this, support isn’t being helpful, they keep saying to reply back to that email. Also I checked my ratings this morning, I also got a 2 star rating but it was remove because the customer always rate people very low. Either one of those customer could have stated that I didn’t deliver, one didn’t reply back to me and another one removed half my tip after
