Update form i130
I have f2b case that has not been approved yet.
I just noticed on the PDF copy of the Form I-130 submitted online that Part 4, Beneficiary’s Entry Information, Items 46.a. - 46.d., states: “If the beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Items 46.a. - 46.d.” However, the online filing system did not include this instruction, so I entered the beneficiary’s prior U.S. entry information. The beneficiary is currently outside the United States. Could you please review and advise whether this is acceptable or if I should submit a typographic error request to remove the information from this section?
I didn't see a category to send email in my USCIS account. I also asked the Chat live agent but they couldn't help. Looking to see if anyone experienced this before.
