Any warehouse women? Seeking clothing and skincare recs

I am 1 of 3 women on nightshift in a warehouse, I work primarily on a cold dock and I’ve been having a terrible time trying to figure out how to stay warm, comfortable and not feel like a ugly troll in the process. Working nightshift has made it pretty much where I don’t go anywhere except for work and my appearance has suffered a lot because of it. Where is the balance between looking feminine and better to feel good about myself without drawing the wrong kind of attention or like I’m “trying too hard”, I also have to wear a huge freezer suit that makes me feel huge, fat, and self conscious (i’ve recently lost a lot of weight) and sometimes it is too heavy and hurts to wear, but when I layer up with hoodies and sweats I feel like I’m trying to hard. I just want to feel my best but still fit in and fly under the radar. Am I over thinking this? How do you look and feel your best in this type of environment?

I am 13 pounds shy of being 100 pounds down in 2 years and have about 25-40 pounds to go after that. I have kept my weight loss pretty personal to me and have only shared my big milestones with my fiancé and occasionally a close friend, otherwise I pretend it’s business as usual. However, losing 100 pounds is BIG and definitely something I want to celebrate for myself and my journey. However did you celebrate this milestone?
