Advice on how to go about the home buying process as a 21M graduating this may with a job offer already 60k
Just as the title says, I’m graduating college later this month. I’ve already received a job offer for 60k a year from a place i’ve been interning at. I have a little bit (<$8k) in credit card debit/personal loans that I’ve been paying for. I’d really like to buy a house before my lease ends next may (2027). I have no savings but plan on saving about $1500 a month starting in june since i’ll be earning 60k a year. How should i go about the process? who should i talk to? what should i do or don’t do? please help me out as someone who really wants their own place. Thank you so much!
