For some reason my last payment declined, no idea why as I have always had money in that account. The main issue is that I can’t seem to be able to update my payment method to get it back on track. When I go my subscription page it just gives me this same info. When I click on the ‘Get Help’ link it gives a list of the possible companies/websites that the billing can be through, however none of them are ‘Discovery Communications Benelux B.V’ as stated at the top of the screenshot, so I can’t actually find where I’m supposed to go to update my info, anyone had a similar issue or know how to fix? I’d prefer not to have to make a whole new account and lose my watch history etc. TYIA :)
