I was just diagnosed with Bipolar 2 and I’m really struggling with the diagnosis. I know it’s right because I’m definitely text book but I just can’t really wrap my head around it. I’m nervous to tell anyone because I know people confuse the two types. Is they anything I should know or be worried about I’m in my early 20’s so I’m glad I found out now then later down the line, but the news is still shocking. I’m probably in denial honestly I would just appreciate advice from others.

Also why tf is the medication so expensive??? My old SSRI was like $2 and this medication is ridiculous compared to that.
