Artistic representation of an imaginary Essassani being, drawn by my child with my help
I return with more art! This time, it was made mostly by my young child, so I ask that you be mindful of your words' impact on others. My child says that this is how they picture a "pet"-like being that could live on Essassani.
Though this is not a traditional pet that you and I could find in our home. It's more of a companion that one would care for. This being has its' own autonomy and is mostly independent, but it enjoys spending time with its' more intelligent friends, learning about their technology, receiving guidance from them and occasionally helping them.
The little suit it wears is meant to protect the being's organism from any ill-meaning energies and the harsh cold of outer space. This is an artistic rendition, of course, so none of this is claiming to be inherently true. For example, one of those imaginary things is the spaceship the being is standing on, gazing at the viewer with curiosity, like a child would when meeting a previously unknown animal for the first time. You are a fried. They wish to get to know you better and, perhaps, play with you.
