Has Bashar spoken on the importance of grounding, or of the high energy spikes of the Schumann Resonance affecting us?

Q.: `This person's hometown was hit by a category 4 hurricane recently and was devastated. You mentioned about the Earth shifting to the different versions of parallel worlds. How will these natural disasters shift with the new version of Earth?´

Bashar: `Well again, it's not that the disasters themselves shift, it's that the new version of Earth contains different weather patterns, different climate conditions. So while it may appear from your linear space-time perspective that these kinds of climate experiences will begin to mitigate themselves, will begin to balance and correct themselves, it's not that they actually change. It's that you're simply shifting to another Earth that has different climate patterns that are something a little bit more balanced, something a little bit more along the lines of what you would prefer to experience.

Q.: `When you have a challenging experience like that where your whole hometown is wiped out, what is the way of staying in a positive state when most people would feel quite devastated by the loss?´

Bashar: `Well again, it's about learning the lessons of the experience. So, for a simplistic example, don't rebuild the same way, build according to the changes. Allow yourself to realize the reasons why these climate shifts are happening: because of the destruction of the environment, the acceleration of the cycle by the addition into the environment of things that are not necessarily in balance with the environment. So, learning these lessons will allow you to begin to shift to other versions of Earth, taking different kinds of actions, showing in your actions that you understand the lessons and doing things differently is what will actually allow you to shift to two versions of Earth where you can experience things differently, where you can experience things in more balance. So, the idea of constantly rebuilding the same way instead of building to what is necessary for the climate shift, well, you have a saying on your planet that insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result. So don't do things the same way, change what you do, make different choices, allow yourself to flow with nature instead of constantly going against the grain, and you will be begin to shift yourself to a version of Earth where the climate situation will be far more balanced over time.´

Q.: `One person was asking what actions can we as individuals take on a day-to-day basis to help heal the Earth? Are things like recycling and turning off electronics doing anything to help? This ties in with previous things that you've mentioned, which is: if we believe Earth needs saving then it needs saving. So, do we ignore suffering or take action and raise our vibration so that we can shift to a healthier Earth?´

Bashar: `Taking action is not the ignorance of suffering. It is the positive response to the idea that you observe what appears to be suffering and that you take the positive actions to alleviate it. You don't do the same things over and over again, you do different things that are more positive, more constructive. You take the actions that are representative of a more positive reality, a more positive version of Earth. It's not about ignoring anything. It's about learning the lessons from what you are observing or experiencing. So, the idea again is not to think that the Earth needs saving, because again, there isn't just one Earth. You will never change the world you're on. You will shift to a different world, a different version of Earth. There still may be many people who will not learn these lessons. So there always has to be, if they're going to choose negative things, a more negative version of Earth that they can live on, or that they can die on. So, the idea again is not that the Earth needs saving, because there isn't just the Earth, one Earth. It's about allowing yourselves to learn to work together, collectively form a new consensus and act on that new consensus in a way that is already representative of the version of Earth that you would prefer to shift to, thus giving yourself the navigational ability to shift to that Earth through the physical actions that you take, that are more representative of how someone more positive would respond to the ideas that they observe, like suffering and destruction. So again, don't keep doing things the same way, do new things.´  (Shells of Earth, 2021)

 

 

Q: how do I effectively forgive myself and others and know that I really have forgiven myself?

Bashar: The idea of forgiveness is asking yourself the question, do I want to remain where I am or do I want to move forward? Do I want to remain in the idea of recrimination and regret? Or do I want to move forward? Do I want to let go of those things that are anchoring me to the so-called past I believe still exists? Or do I want to move forward in the understanding that as I become a new person, I have a new past. Do I want to let go of the things that don't work for me or do I want to move forward? That's the question to ask yourself.

And the answer is then forgive. If you wish to move forward, forgive yourself, forgive others, move forward because it's about learning the lessons that were there for you in the experiences that you are now attempting to forgive. Not forgiving means you haven't learned the lessons and are anchoring yourself into potential fear-based and negative realities that will continue to cycle around again and again until you learn to let them go.

So realize that everyone, whether they know it or not, even if they've been using negative means, has been serving you by putting you in touch with what you need to be in touch with to help you make the decisions to choose what actually works best for you. And therefore, you can realize that whether they knew it or not, they were actually pushing you in the direction of expansion even though they may have been doing it negatively because they have never been taught how to do it positively. You have to again realize that it takes a victim to make a victim.

So even though someone may have experienced things in an abusive way, a negative way, it is still all out of unconditional love. Whether they understand the technique, whether they have aligned their techniques, whether they understand how things work or are simply doing their best based on the knowledge they were given when they were growing up, it is still for the purpose of you learning the lessons that will help you move forward. So why not forgive everything so that you can move forward and give them a living example of how they can also forgive themselves and forgive everyone else so that they can move forward. Why not?

So I’ve recently seen and confirmed the information that over 1 billion individuals have visited the war.gov pentagon file drop .

While be it I again stress that I don’t think this is the true wave of disclosure .

But this shows how much interest is in disclosure at this point and time . And from what Bashar says that is one of the driving forces of bringing it about .

We are living in THE times . This is not a drill , as our collective consciousness continues to create representations of the theme of disclosure across the world in many different ways we enter into the main course . We must follow the formula and be examples of it more then ever .

The more we lay the foundation of acceptance of contact before contact the smoother the process it will be . We are not here to force our opinions but be examples of higher vibrational states. And as we know higher vibrational states often coincide with contact with extra terrestrials .

So be the lighthouse , be the beacon , be the reason someone inspects their belief system to bring something more positive .

Tom Campbell is a physicist who has been acting as head experimentor at the Monroe Institute. He wrote the book `My Big Toe`. Toe standing for Theory of Everything. It is HIS Theory of Everything which implies that everybody else can have or develop a deviating Theory of Everything. That would be fine with him. According to Tom Campbell, reality is virtual, not `real´ in the sense we understand it. To us this does not matter. If we have a cup of coffee, the taste does not change if we understand that the coffee, i.e. the liquid is composed of smaller parts, like little `balls´, the molecules and the atoms. In the same way the taste of the coffee would not change if we are now introduced to the Virtual Reality Theory. According to him reality is reproduced at the rate of Planck time (10 to the power of 43 times per second). Thus, what we perceive as so-called outer reality is constantly reproduced. It vanishes before it is then reproduced again. And again and again and again. Similar to a picture on a computer screen. And this is basically what Bashar is describing as well. Everything collapses to a zero point. Constantly. And it is reproduced one unit of Planck time later. Just to collapse again and to be again reproduced. And you are constantly in a new universe/multiverse. And all the others as well. There is an excellent video on youtube (Tom Campbell and Jim Elvidge). The book `My Big ToE´ is downloadable as well. I recommend starting with the video. Each universe is static, but when you move across some of them in a specific order (e.g. nos 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc.) you get the impression of movement and experience. Similar to a movie screen. If you change (the vibration of) your belief systems, you have access to frames nos 6, 11, 16, 21, 26 etc. You would then be another person in another universe, having different experiences. And there would be still `a version of you´ having experiences in a reality that is composed of frames nos. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc. But you are not the other you, and the other you is not you. You are in a different reality and by changing your belief systems consciously you can navigate across realities less randomly and in a more targeted way. That is basically everything the Bashar teachings are about. Plus open contact.

After losing my corporate job last year, I spent the next 12 months working on many aspects of my mental, physical, and spiritual health. One day it clicked that I really wanted to get a graduate degree in psychology, and become a teacher and researcher. It felt like my entire life had been building to this exact purpose. I dedicated myself to school, clubs, and making good grades. I've had so much fun, and everyone around me is amazed at how passionate and determined I am about this new life path.

Then I found Bashar. I was skeptical, but his psychological concepts just *made sense* to me. I'd already learned and experienced synchronicities during my healing year, and when I really starting thinking about and putting Bashar's recommended principles into practice, they started happening even more.

I'm in this place where I'm so excited for whatever positive thing is coming that day. And if negative things happen, they're starting to feel less negative and more like lessons for me to learn from. I've started writing down my thoughts about myself and the nature of reality lately as well. Here's something I wrote today, and it feels like my mind is just making these connections that feel so alien, while also feeling completely familiar, and that is both cool and weird.. 😅

Today's thought:

I feel like i'm intuitively understanding the ideas and concepts that Bashar talks about. It feels like it's opening up more concepts within myself that help raise my frequency. When I journal about these concepts, they seem to be coming from a more universal source (?) I don't feel like I'm channeling someone else, but I do feel like this knowledge is being given to me from an aspect outside my physical self. Perhaps that aspect is myself, but in a more universal soul? If so, it doesn't seem to be coming to me in the form of channeling another being, I can feel that it's coming to me from this place *within* myself, but one that's opened up and seems to be receiving more knowledge the higher my frequency has become. It feels like I'm connecting to something higher than the me of this physical reality. But it still feels like me, it just feels like *more* than me.

Does Bashar talk about this at all? I've heard him talk about channeling and it being a "flow" state. Is it also possible to channel your higher soul? I don't know exactly what this is, and it's very difficult to explain what I'm experiencing. I'm so new to his teachings. Thank you for anyone who reads 💜

Q: From your perspective, what would advice would you give us and our governments to turn climate change around at the present time?

Bashar: You cannot turn it around. The only thing you could do is shift yourself to a parallel reality where it hasn't gone as far as it already has in your reality experience. So, the idea is that if you're going to stay in the process of mitigation and management of the climate change that has already occurred in the timelines you have already chosen to participate in., then certainly you can restore the things that have been destroyed on the earth such as forests.

You can do many different kinds of things to mitigate the use of polluting energies. You can allow yourselves to move forward in the utilization and discovery of non-polluting energies. So, there are many things you can do to mitigate and manage the idea, but in your timeline, you can't turn it around. You've already passed the point where it's going to continue to some degree.

Q: So, when did we pass that point?

Bashar: In the 80s.

Q: And how are we far gone enough that the conveyor in the ocean could stop?

Bashar: Yes. Could, not will. You can still mitigate and manage some of that. But again, you would have to unify and act quickly. But again, even if you go farther than that, many of you will still find new ways to experience your reality and shift into parallel realities where the mitigation would allow you the opportunity to investigate new lifestyles, new experiences of what a city is all about, new communities that would be more conducive to living in harmony with nature, which may be part of the point. That you are learning in choosing this particular timeline experience as you shift through different billions two parallel realities per second.

Q: What about the ice sheet in Antarctica that has lately been noticing

Bashar: They're noticing that it is decline or destabilizing faster than they expected and it's about the size of Florida. So many much more of that will destabilize and melt away into your oceans raising the sea levels to some degree which can cause more things like storm surges and climate changes and stronger tornadoes, stronger hurricanes, sea level rising and so on and so forth. So again, it's about learning to unify, learning to work together so that you can create a new society that may have to move forward by doing things very differently than the way you have done. But at the same time, don't let that stop you fromcreating new forests, planting new trees, finding new ways to create energy that are non-polluting. This is all part of the package you have signed on for. So move forward as best as you can.

Q: Okay. Um, we will have help in doing all of this.

Bashar: We are helping you, others are helping you. It'll be a very different world, but you can learn to live in it. And you can actually experience the joy of changing the way you do things by creating a whole new lifestyle for all of the people on your planet if you're willing to work together.

Q: Okay, that's a hopeful sign. Um, I mean something like that ice sheet if it were to collapse into the ocean with it being that size, how imminent is something like that?

Bashar: Within five years at the most, as we read the energy now.

This is a music festival I’ve been to for the last 5 years and am a huge nerd on and have been a fan of it since I was 12 years old so I know next to everything about this festival .

Never in the course of their 30 year history have they had an alien theme , stage or anything related to ETs

And suddenly this year after years of following similar themes and storylines for them . They gave us a ufo shaped stage with an alien drone show ?

Do I think this is a coincidence given the times we are in? Absolutely not . Bashar has long said that our collective consciousness represents the theme of exploration that we at humanity is following .

Do I think that it’s unique that a edm festival has space and alien representation? Of course not trippy edm festivals and alien visuals go hand and hand. But do I think it’s strange that a festival with a long standing theme lane to suddenly switch things up the year (this day of our times ) aliens become mainstream ? Yes , but good strange .

That being said this isn’t the only representation currently available to represent the times we are in and validate the path we have chosen in realities . Another one being the upcoming movie from Stephen King “Disclosure Day”.

Animals on Bashar´s planet

Q.: `Do you have animals on your planet?

Bashar: `We do. They are all on our planet symbiotic. We have no predators. You know why there are predators on your planet?...Because you are.´ (Riding the Wave to Ascension, 2012)

Can animals evolve spiritually?

Q.: `What would birds, deer, moose, foxes, etc. do if they didn't have to spend their time in their lives foraging for food, fleeing for their lives or killing prey and just surviving? Can animals evolve spiritually, and if so, what do they do with their lives and how do they spend their time in a more evolved state?´

Bashar: `Well, that would be similar to the way animals on our planet experience life, and yes, of course, they evolve as well. But the animal life on our planet is symbiotic, not predatory. So the idea is that instead of foraging, as you say, for food or killing each other for food they would simply form new forms of relationships with other animals that would allow each to gain what they need energetically to sustain them without depriving any other animal of what it is they need as well to also sustain their existence. So, over time your animals can start to become more symbiotic than predatory, and to some degree you're already seeing this shift as you shift your collective consciousness into the understanding that you yourselves don't have to be predatory, then the animals will no longer in time have to reflect that predatory nature to you. So, the idea is that now, when you see on some of your videos the idea of different species getting along that seemed before to be enemies, as you would say, you are seeing and witnessing the very beginnings of different species that might used to have been predators to one another, or prey to one another, now beginning to coexist side by side. So, it is something that animals can evolve into and will evolve into when they also have the ability to reflect to you the idea that you are becoming less predatory too and more symbiotic with each other.´ (This Transmission Has no Title, 2020)

Communicating with animals

Q.: `How could I communicate with my dog?´

Bashar: `Animals communicate with feeling and pictures. So if you want to send the animal a picture of what you would like the animal to do and you feel what that would feel like when the animal does it, then that will be the easiest way for the animal to receive the communication. So think in terms of feelings and pictures, not words. And eventually you may see the animal doing what it is you have pictured them in your mind doing. And you will know that they have received your communication. And then, from that point forward, once they have shown you that they have received what picture you have sent to them to mimic, then you can start another level of communication and start receiving pictures and feelings from them as well. It will make you more confident that you are reaching them and that they can reach you as well. But it's all in pictures. It's all in feelings.´ (Dominoes Day 1, 2025)

Is there anything my dog would like me to know or do differently?

Bashar: `Animals are all connected to the angelic realm and in many ways, no offense, are actually a much clearer consciousness than many humans. So, they act as a reflection of service. They act out of unconditional love. They will sometimes take on the issues of a human that they associate with to reflect to them those issues, so the human can have an external visualized idea of what it is they're actually dealing with internally that they may not be consciously aware of. Question about dogs

Q.: `What can you tell us about dogs that we might not already know and why do they seem like the happiest animals on Earth?´

Bashar: `Because they are in a sense devoted to pure service, pure love. And therefore that is the happiest state. And therefore they represent the idea of service, represent the idea of connections to spirit as the energy of service, as the energy of unconditional love, and are willing to take on for the people they associate with many of the symbolic reflections of issues and challenges that the human may be going through to reflect back to you as a mirror of service what it is you are going through by seeing the behavior in the dog, and understand again it is connected to Sirius. And that's why you intuitively call it the dog star. So the idea of higher perception, higher vibration, higher frequencies of unconditional love and service to all is what the dog represents as an animal on your planet in general, among other things that we will not go into that deeply at this time.´ (The Silver Cord, 2023)

Dog getting aggressive with the daughter

Q.: `She was kind of getting a little bit aggressive with her, so I was wondering what was it within me that was creating that experience?

Bashar: `It may not be within you, it may be within your daughter. How old is your daughter?´

Q.: `She's almost 10 months.´

Bashar: `All right. Well, the dog may be exhibiting the idea of the introduction of a new family member, finding it to be uncomfortable since the dog does not necessarily understand where the dog fits into what you may consider to be your family pack. So, if you can explain with imagery telepathically to the dog that the position of the dog has not been usurped, that the dog can allow itself to understand the position it occupies in the family pack, then it can settle down and accept the new member as not being someone who will replace the dog in terms of the dog's natural position in your pack. Through imagery you can reassure the dog by having the image of everyone being in harmony in the pack, and everyone being in their proper position and not being left out in any way, shape or form.´ (Reflections, 2023)

Cats making strange sounds

Q.: `Could you tell us why cats make this funny sound (chhc – chhc – chhc) when they're watching birds? Is it some kind of a brain anomaly? It seems like if it happened in the wild, it would cause their prey to flee.´

Bashar: `This is actually the result of a couple of different things. Number one, it's the result of the fact that they actually live among humans and are to some degree suppressing their urge to actually attack things. But they have to release that energy somehow. And sometimes they will release it through that kind of a sound. But it also can be used by them - now, not exactly in the same way - but it actually can be used as a kind of echolocation device, kind of like dolphins and bats to actually determine the location and distance more precisely of their prey. And there's a couple of things beyond that we won't go into at this time.´ (Knocking on Heaven´s Door, 2026)

Q: So, any comments about your sculptures, you’re most recent sculptures you’ve been working on?

Bashar: My most recent sculpture is a spiral ribbon.

Q: A spiral ribbon

Bashar: Yes, like from bottom to top, from the ground a little bit more, up one mile high as you would count distance.

Q: One mile high, wow and what is that made of?

Bashar: It is made of a crystallin substance. The same nanotechnology that forms the suits that we talked about, and the same technology that forms our ships.

Q: Did you grow that?

Bashar: In a sense, yes.

Q: Did you do a have a Hands-On technique to apply some pressure to form this?

Bashar: The idea is that it is an extension of our planet like an antenna. So by sitting on the ground having the intention,creating the corridor of energy rising into the sky, placing my hands just so above the ground, and allowing the crystallin form to extend from the ground up through my hands and spiral upward. Thus then it was sculpted through my hands as it passed through them and extended upward in spiral fashion.

Q. How about what's the diameter of this sculpture?

Bashar: It’s a few feet - two to three feet across

Q: Is there a purpose behind it besides the it was fun

Bashar: OK, hang on. It is also an extension in a sense of my connection to the consciousness of my Planet . It was the co-creation between myself and my planet of an antenna to receive different kinds of energies and allow them to download into the planet and into my civilization. It has to do with the idea of the energy of contact because my family comes from a lineage of contact specialists. Thus then it was the creation of an antenna that is sensitive to the specific vibration of contact itself in a very particular way that had to do with certain civilizations we have made contact with.

Q: So it's an art piece and a functional piece at the same time.

Bashar: Is there a difference?

Q: Yeah, yeah sometimes there's just art pieces just for the sake of art looking not really…

Bashar: You may think so, but not really. Every piece of art is a mirror and serves the function of reflectivity to expose to you and reveal to you more of who you are as you observe the art. Remember that when you look at Art it's looking back

Q: Like the two orbs right next to you, they're kind of glowing and it's actually quite cool

Bashar: they're looking back.Because there are two they function like eyes and have Parallax. And thus then contain and observe a three-dimensional perspective of your planet through their crystallin eyes. There are many beings that can actually use these orbs as eyes to peer to Peak into your reality.And they are doing so right now

Q: Hi guys, hey how's it going? Everybody wave, hi. Yes it is a cosmic teleconference all right.

Bashar: As we synchronistically said when we were engaged in a conversation a few moments before, the eyes have it all.

Bashar: Yes, the moon landings are real. It doesn't mean that NASA is telling you everything they know, but your civilization did go to your moon.

Q.: `Could it be that space itself is an illusion that we as creators can bend, expand or collapse?´

Bashar: Yes, absolutely. In fact you have something in quantum physics that completely demonstrates this, it is called entanglement. The idea that two particles can be light-years apart, but change this one (movement with one hand) and this one (movement with the other hand) changes, even though no information can possibly have passed from one to the other beyond the speed of light, still the change is instantaneous. This is not proof as Einstein was afraid of `spooky action at a distance,´ it proves that distance is an illusion. Because the two particles are still here and now and that´s why they change instantaneously because they´re demonstrating that distance is an illusion.
