I got diagnosed with Hashimoto's with the TPO of 166 and TSH of 3. I'm going through a natural doctor and they prescribed me to start on desiccated thyroid medication.

All of my thyroid labs are within normal range but not necessarily ideal. Should I be starting to treat it this early?

I'm really focusing on diet right now as well after diagnosis.
