I contacted the helpdesk and they responded only to fixing my issue to let me in the river portal but nothing for Canvas. Every time I try to log in, the page reloads and doesn’t move forward. Does anyone else have this issue?

I worked for nearly 9 years at a Gap location in a leadership position, however the location no longer exists, it closed after the pandemic. After that, I worked 4 years as a personal assistant to a businessman in his home. He passed away. Every since, I have stayed home with my young children, and started an Etsy shop that made decent money in 2024/2025, at least enough to cover some bills. I have been doordashing when my husband is off work to help make ends meet, but now our kids are school aged and I really want to change our household income. My husbands commissions are iffy and we never really know when he is getting paid on them, or if at all. I have been applying to anything and everything.
My question is, am I better off leaving the etsy shop off my resume or should I have it on there to fill the time gap?

Keep getting this on my son’s oculus. He’s unable to move forward and play anything. There’s a “continue” button but when I try to click it with the headset/volume button, it doesn’t do anything and the notification stays up. It’s on a gray screen. I’ve tried switching locations, cleaning the outside cameras, and restarting the headset but still no luck.
Anyone know how to fix this?
