Need guidence for joining

Hi, guys I am a BTech final year student

Recently graduated with a offer from TCS and TCS takes some time to release JL

I want to work in organization like ISRO DRDO....

As we know the syllabus is same

I want to use this time to prepare

So can any tell me what is the process

Like I read there is ICRB? Will they conduct every year? is mtech compulsory?? Is the process tough?

And how to join these PSU like DRDO...

I want to give it a try before my age limit

And sorry if it is repetative and not belong here
