Accidental discovery? How to prepare to get the most out of appointment?

Howdy, I’ve found myself here by complete surprise. Has anyone else found themselves in this world by accident?

I have not had an official conversation or diagnosis with my doctor, just received blood results in my little patient portal. I only wanted antibiotics for a a suspected infected nipple piercing that was causing some galactorrhea. Dr pushed to test prolactin and TSH which came back as 24 and 5.78 respectively. I am absolutely losing it. I’ve assumed I’m depressed which made me exhausted and unmotivated and that my unexplainable weight gain was simply a personal failure. Maybe it’s all true and I’m overreacting!

Anyway, since I have not yet discussed with my physician, how else should I prepare to come as informed as possible and get the most out of it? I have had horrible experiences with doctors previously, so I’m trained to know it’s obviously all in my head because I’m young (I’m 24F now!). Im extremely impressed and shocked my doctor wanted to do these test at all, I have never had medical care I didn’t beg for before. Sorry for the rambling, my lack of education with this makes me very nervous. I appreciate anyone reading this or offering any thoughts/advice/personal experiences.

Convince me this wasn’t touched by randos

Very dramatic post, probably. I’ve been in an ocd flare up and can admit to overreacting but does this not look like it was definitely touched and messed with? 🤮 Was delivered from store and in just imagining booger picking kids and booty picking adults in my yummy custard 😭

Edit: yall have convinced me! I’m choosing peace and going to assume it was overfilled and a gloved employee trimmed it down. Thanks everyone!
