I ran a marathon in Crocs yesterday 🥳🥳🥳🥳

It was epic. Crocs are absolutely workout footwear and nobody can tell me otherwise. No blisters, no bruises, no broken or cracked toenails, no raw skin, no rashes, no pain, CROCS ARE THE TRUTH!!!!!

I COMPLETED A MARATHON!!!!

I finished the second to last phase of Live Hard on Thursday, had one "rest" day on Friday, then completed my first marathon today!!!! Rest in quotes cause I still went on a hike 🤣🤣🤣 This never would have been possible without this challenge, this group, all the tools I've put together, and all the support along the way. I am going to actually rest now, and I'll see y'all on December 2nd when I start the final phase!!!!!

KEEP GOING

Just another update for y'all!!!! I'm currently on a break from Live Hard, I completed 75 Hard from January 1st to March 16th, I completed Phase 1 May 1st to May 30th, I then did the mandatory 30 day intermission period from June 1st to June 30th in which I set rules and goals for myself, and then now I'm on a break before I start Phase 2 which I will be completing September 9th to October 8th, which will culminate in me completing a marathon on October 10th!!!!! The picture on the right was from a couple days ago, I ran a mock marathon super long run of 25.2 miles- yes, it was 1 mile short of a full marathon but I'm saving that full glory for when I complete the real marathon on October 10th. I completed those 25.2 miles with absolutely no issues, felt completely fine after, and even did another 12 mile run the literal next day. This program/challenge has truly changed my life and none of this would have been possible if I didn't buckle down for this. My proudest moments of this have been the fact that I've been able to be consistent and maintain my tools between the stages/phases because I know most people give up or fall off. The picture on the left wasn't even my all time heaviest, just from when I started the program and you can see I was MISERABLE. And now I'm literally running 25+ miles for FUN 🤣🤣🤣 never thought I'd ever say that lol. Keep going y'all, health is truly real wealth 💯🙏🏾

2 for 50 flash sale!!!!

There is a very decent 2 for $50 flash sale on Crocs US website.....a lot of pairs like the Echo ROs and other pairs normally priced at 74.99 each are part of this sale. They very rarely put up really good pairs on these flash sales so I was surprised and wanted to share this love with yall!!!!!

Anyone here live in or near LA?

Just throwing this out there- a network reached out to me to do an episode for a new show focused on collectors and the twist is it's a home renovation show. They want a Crocs collector for one of the episodes. I do not live in or anywhere near LA so I had to turn it down unfortunately but they did ask me to reach out to the Crocs Community. I do not believe in gatekeeping and I'm always about uplifting the people around me so if you are a homeowner who lives in or near LA or the surrounding counties, they're looking for a Crocs collection that is big enough where they will renovate your house for FREE for the episode of the show. Let me know if this applies to you or anyone you know!!!!! Serious inquiries only please!!!!

Live Hard update!!!!!

Hi all!!! A few days ago I completed the mandatory 30 day intermission period of Live Hard so I wanted to update y'all. I started 75 Hard on January 1st with the intention of only doing 75 Hard and not continuing on with the full Live Hard program...but then around halfway through 75 Hard I realized I had had the confidence and willpower to do the whole thing, so I took a break after 75 Hard, then completed the next stage of Live Hard, took another break and then set decent rules and boundaries for myself for the intermission (I did this voluntarily, the intermission period has no rules other than it has to be 30 days).

I'm taking another break before starting the next phase of Live Hard in September, and then I conclude with the final phase December 2nd to December 31st.

This challenge has truly saved my life. I have my joy and spark back, and these are the non-scale victories that are very important when doing a rigorous challenge like this. My smile is back, my skin is glowing, my mental and physical health are the best that I can ever remember.

By the numbers: I lost 6 pounds during the intermission! This was awesome because I prioritized running and heavy lifting and I'm seeing tone and definition that I never knew I had. Overall, I'm down 84 pounds since January 1st when I started, I'm down 94 pounds since December 2025 when I realized I have to start doing better, I'm down 109 pounds since October 2025 when I had a health scare, and overall I'm down 136 pounds from my all-time heaviest in 2021 during the covid lockdowns. I was 345 pounds, down to 209. Happy to be here!

For the love of all thing Crocs and holy

Please STOP with the "dO tHeSe cROcS fiT mE" posts!!!!!! They are becoming obnoxious spam at this point and I'm just gonna start deleting them moving forward. Only YOU know what fits you. You put them on, feel for yourself, we are not wearing them or in your body, YOU ARE. lmao it would be the equivalent of me posting a picture of a pizza to a food group about being like "hey guys am I hungry, should I eat this pizza???" End rant. Stay blessed, and stop with these clutter spam posts. Thanks for your coo-croc-peration in this matter

Another update 💪🏽

I'm currently on day 21 of the mandatory minimum 30 day intermission period of Live Hard. While this is not considered another stage or phase of Live Hard, it's a chance to bridge all the tools together to continue healthy habits and cultivate a better you!!!!! I've seen a lot people make posts about feeling lost after completing 75 Hard or looking for other health/wellness challenges to transition into. All of y'all looking for the next thing should continue on with the full Live Hard program!!!! I have never felt this good physically, emotionally, spiritually, in my life 💪🏽🙌🏽

Been a while!

Been a while since I did a side by side. I'm currently on day 8 of the mandatory 30 day minimum intermission period before I can start the next phase of Live Hard. Overall, I'm down 135 pounds from my heaviest, 83 pounds since I started Live Hard on January 1st, and 93 pounds since December 2025 when I decided to start making some changes. This challenge has changed my DNA 💪🏽🙌🏽💯

Mt Washington in Crocs!!!

Yesterday I hiked Mt. Washington in the new EXP Vibram Crocs. For context, Mt. Washington is the largest mountain east of the Mississippi and largest mountain in all of New England. I hike Mt. Washington every year in Crocs but these held up by far the best- no slips, trips, falls, nothing!!! Great grip, great durability, I'm in no pain at all. Definitely wishing one day they do make legitimate hiking boots Crocs, but these will certainly do for now!!!

Intermission phase

Hi y'all!!!! I completed 75 Hard January 1st to March 16th, then completed the next phase aka Live Hard from May 1st to May 30th, and now I'm doing the "intermission " phase July 1st to July 30th. Per the rules there are no rules other than you have to wait 30 days before starting the next phase, which I already completed by sitting out the month of June, but I love this challenge so much and what it has done for my life that I'm actually setting some decent rules and boundaries for the intermission, which I'm calling part 3 of Live Hard. Obviously nowhere near as tedious or hard as the first 2 parts but I've also learned throughout this journey that one must also practice moderation in moderation, if that makes sense 🤣🙌🏽 Also to clarify the 1 mountain, it's not hike 1 mountain every day, just 1 (decent sized) mountain during the month of July. Good luck to everyone still grinding 💪🏽

In memorandum

Hello everybody,

It is with great sadness that a dear Croc friend has passed away. EA Crocs has been a part of many Croc groups for many years. He has posted in this subreddit for a long time as well. It is with great sadness that I announce his passing. I chose this beautiful picture of him with his daughters because it embodies his happiness and spirit and he gave me permission to post this picture a long time ago and I never got around to it and now I feel like I owe him. If you knew anything about him, you know that he loved the Croc community. This is a great loss for all of us. RIP
