how to get rid of hip dips because i am losing my mind

i have been absolutely fixated on how to get rid of hip dips for like the past two weeks and i genuinely cannot stop thinking about it 😭😭 it started because i tried on a bodycon dress for my friend's birthday party and just stood in the dressing room staring at myself for way too long like the kind of staring where the lighting is bad and you start noticing everything and then you cannot unnotice it ever again
so i was watching tiktoks on how to get rid of hip dips and now my fyp is literally nothing but workout videos and girls doing side lying leg raises and hip thrusts and i have been doing them every single day for two weeks straight 💀💀 my whole room smells like tiger balm at this point and my neighbors probably think something is wrong with me because i grunt a lot apparently
i bought a resistance band set off amazon (the expensive one obviously because i committed) and a foam roller and one of those little massage guns that is so loud it sounds like a dentist drill. i have been doing like forty minutes of glute work every night before bed and my hips look exactly the same. like not even a little bit different i am starting to think i am doing something wrong or maybe i just have the worst bone structure on the entire planet
i also started eating more protein because three separate tiktoks told me you cannot build muscle without it so now i am forcing down a greek yogurt every morning even though i genuinely hate greek yogurt and it makes me miserable every single time 💀💀 i have been doing this for fourteen days straight and i have not missed one day not even the day i had a fever
my friend told me hip dips are literally just how your skeleton is shaped and that no amount of side leg raises is going to move your bones and i did not want to hear that but also like.. she showed me this diagram of a pelvis and where the hip bone sits and honestly it made me want to cry a little in a very specific way
i have seen some girls on tiktok say heavy hip thrusts and bulgarian split squats are the only things that actually build enough muscle to fill them in and others say it is completely impossible no matter what you do and one girl said she got some kind of filler injected in there which sent me into a whole other tiktok spiral for about an hour, then i found a reddit thread that said the filler thing dissolves in like six months and now i do not know anything anymore
i also tried wearing different underwear and high waisted everything and honestly that helps a little visually but that feels like giving up??? like i want to actually fix it not just hide it under spandex for the rest of my life 😭
the dress is in two weeks btw. TWO WEEKS. i have fourteen days and a resistance band and a foam roller and a deep hatred of greek yogurt and i am doing my absolute best out here, HOW THE HELL to get rid of hip dips??
has anyone here actually seen a real visible difference from working out consistently or is my friend right and i need to just accept my skeleton and find a different dress 😭😭

is any sleep monitoring device actually accurate or all guessing?

I've been trying to fix my sleep quality for the past year. Bought into the whole quantified self thing and now I have data from three different sleep monitoring device options and they all disagree with each other. I have Apple Watch, Oura Ring 4, and a Withings sleep mat under the mattress. Same night, same bed. Apple Watch says 6h 42m total sleep, 1h 12m deep. Oura says 7h 15m total, 48m deep. Withings says 7h 30m total, 1h 35m deep. Which one is right? I have no idea.
The wearables seem to do okay at total sleep time but the sleep stages (REM, deep, light) are clearly inconsistent across devices. From what I've read, only a clinical sleep study with EEG actually measures stages reliably, and those devices are basically estimating from heart rate, motion, and temperature.
So I'm wondering if any sleep monitoring device is actually giving me useful data, or if I should just pick one and trust the trends over time rather than the absolute numbers. The privacy side also bugs me, every one of these devices sends data to a cloud account and I don't love it but the offline options are pretty limited.
anyone tested multiple sleep trackers? and did the numbers ever line up, and did acting on the data actually improve your sleep, or was it just stress about scores?
