Unless these are test parts, #RedBullF1 appears to have revised the diffuser edge with 2 new deflectors: a rectangular vane (Blue) and a curved one (Red) blending into the rear crash structure winglet (Yellow). Their finish suggests 3D-printed prototype parts.
