Prepping for hot weather by cooking ahead of time
EDIT: So many great ideas, thank you everyone!! going to get the slow cooker out and make some of these recipes
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but we have another heatwave coming up and I want to get ahead by cooking some things that can be eaten cold (I'm thinking salads/frittatas/picky things?).
What are your go-to cold food options to make ahead of time? Not fussy, just need a hive mind of ideas!
