I recently started selling on meesho. I've sold only 5 leggings till now. I got 1 return and thank god i made unboxing video. Because the return product is completely different. The product I sold is grey leggings but i got used red leggings. On top of this I had to pay 175 rs extra ( which is more than my selling price) for return shipping.

Is there any way to get this money and my product back. Why does meesho suck? Or is it same with all online platforms?

Pls help me
