Any other way to contact Riot Support?
I cannot log into riotgames.com, specifically account.riotgames.com. Therefore I cannot even submit a ticket!! I tried to email them at support@riotgames.com and they sent back an auto-response to submit a ticket :/ lol
I reset my password and it still does not work. On the login page, I get past the Captcha and then it says my username or password must be wrong when I know it isn't.
I made sure VPN is off and it still doesn't work. I cleared all my cookies and it still doesn't work.
I can't even submit a ticket without logging in! And when I tried to submit a ticket under a category that didn't require a login, I get this error here in the screenshot. Retrying multiple times does not work. I have no clue what to do.
At least I am able to log into the Riot Client and play games. I simply cannot log into the web browser. I was trying to manage my account and link to Discord. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I'm kind of at my wits end here...
