OP3 vs OP4 (low light videos)

Im currently trying to figure out if it's worth buying OP4 or if the difference to OP3 regarding low light videos (street interviews + clubs/festivals) isn't big enough to spend more now on the OP4. Did anyone already test it? any recommendations?

i've tried to watch reviews and read trough the sub and from what i understand OP3 low light videos are already quite good?
